Stop Making Heavy Pies! Make This Lighter Banana Cream Pie
↓ Jump to RecipeA creamy, fresh take on an American favorite! Thick Greek yogurt makes the filling silky, smooth, and satisfying, while fresh ripe bananas add natural sweetness and classic banana-cream flavor.
Traditional banana cream pie relies on heavy puddings, cornstarch, and mountains of whipped cream. This lighter version swaps heavy dairy for protein-rich Greek yogurt and places it inside a wholesome, toasted oat flour crust.
Freshly sliced bananas provide rich natural sweetness, perfectly accented by a warm dust of ground cinnamon. Chill in the fridge, slice into wedges, and enjoy a comforting everyday dessert!
